What shipping options are available? Can I change a shipping option?
Red Rabbitt offers shipping via Federal Express Home (1- or 2-day express) and via LTL (Less Than a Load) Transportation. You must select the shipping option at checkout. Red Rabbitt reserves the right to change your requested shipping option if a different option will save you money. You will be notified of the change prior to shipping.

Can you drop-ship my order?
We do not drop-ship orders. While we can ship to any domestic location, we do not blind-ship.

How is my order packaged?
Packaging varies according to quantity and equipment type. Foam packaging is used for smaller packages. Larger orders, such as 10 or more monitors, are shipped on skids.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 24 hours after it is packaged.

How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email confirming that the order has shipped.

Are shipping costs included in the price?
Shipping costs are separate from the price of the equipment. An estimated shipping cost is provided when the order is placed, but the actual costs may change based upon weight and/or dimensional weight calculations. Actual freight charges are applied at the time of invoice.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping and delivery are separate from processing. Once the order has been processed, shipping time will be in accordance with the shipping option selected. For example, an order shipped two-day Federal Express will arrive within two days of when it was shipped.

What if I'm not at home or at my place of business when my purchase arrives?
Depending on the product type, the purchase may be left at your home or business or you may be left a slip telling you where to go to pick up the purchase.
