How often do your prices change?
Prices change with the market, which may be daily or at any other interval the market warrants.

Can I get special pricing if I buy in volume?
Yes, we do provide special pricing to Resellers and Businesses that have been approved as a Volume Buyer. You can apply as a Volume Buyer when you Register or at any time after registration by updating your account. Discount levels are assigned based upon the projected volume and type of merchandise purchased.

Is the price listed on the website the price I pay?
If you are Consumer customer or unregistered guest, the price listed on the website is the price you would pay. If you are a Reseller or Business customer, and are logged in, the price you see will reflect your assigned discount and our fair market estimation for the merchandise. To make a purchase, you must place your item(s) on a Private Auction and submit a price offer.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Red Rabbitt accepts American Express and Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards; wire transfers for all International Accounts. We do not accept COD or send orders with terms. Payment must be in full.

When am I charged for my order?
You will be charged after the order has been shipped. To ensure availability of funds on debit card payments, the amount charged will be reserved in your bank account until the order has been approved by Red Rabbitt and a purchase number is provided to the financial institution, at which time the monies will debited out of your account for payment to Red Rabbitt.

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
You will receive a copy of your invoice with the email confirmation that your order has shipped. You also can access the invoice online in your Account History.

What happens if my credit card does not authorize?
You will be contacted according to your preferred method of contact as specified in your personal settings established at registration. If we do not receive a valid card within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.

How much tax will be assessed to my purchase?
Currently taxes will be charged only in Ohio, Nevada and Virginia. The percentage charged will be in accordance with current rates in those states and corresponding counties.

Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
All domestic shipments are FOB origin; International Shipments are EX-WORKS, and the buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes.
