How do I place an order?
You can place an order through the website by browsing inventory, picking out the merchandise you want, putting the items and the desired quantity in your cart and clicking on Submit Order. However, you must Register and be logged to make a purchase. Detailed “How to Buy” information is available after login in the left hand menu.

Can I buy only one product?
You may buy as few or as many units as you desire. If you plan to purchase merchandise in quantity, we recommend that you apply as a Volume Buyer during registration and subscribe to receive Merchandise Alerts1 when new equipment arrives.

How do I change or cancel an order?
To change or cancel an order before it ships, simply call 888.REDRAB1. Please have your order number at hand.

Do you accept international orders?
Although international orders cannot be placed via the website, larger quantity international business purchases may be made offline through our sales representatives. For more information, please submit an Information Request.

What if I have a question about my order?
Submit an Information Request. You will receive a response within two business days.

How do I look up previous orders or check the status of my order?
You can look up previous orders or check order status by going to Order History, which lists by date, end date and work status of all orders that have been completed or are in process.

Will you confirm my order?
Yes. When you purchase online from Red Rabbitt and provide a valid email address, we will contact you by email to confirm your order and to update you when the order is shipped.

When will I receive my order?
How soon you receive your order depends on when it is processed and shipped, which may take from one day to two weeks as our distribution system is based on a ”first in, first out” basis. The shipping option selected will determine how long after the order is shipped you will receive it.

Can an order be canceled at any time after it is placed?
An order can be canceled prior to shipping only.

Can I purchase Red Rabbitt merchandise through this website only?
Volume and international buyers who purchase at least $50,000 of merchandise per month are assigned to and can purchase merchandise through a personal account representative. If you qualify, please Register and apply as a Volume Buyer and a sales representative will contact you. For additional questions, please submit an Information Request or call 888.REDRAB1. For all other buyers, a sales representative can assist you, but your primary purchasing vehicle is our website.
