What is your return policy?
Products may not be returned without prior Red Rabbitt authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). Defective equipment must be returned at the purchaser’s expense unless it is a problem caused by Red Rabbitt. If you have not returned the equipment within 14 days from receiving the RMA number, it will be voided. If the equipment is still within 60 days from the invoice date, you can request a new RMA number to return the product. For more information, please review our Terms of Purchase.

How do I return merchandise?
You must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization. Before completing this form, please first ensure that your return meets the Terms of Purchase requirements. Instructions for returning your merchandise will be sent when the RMA number is issued. Please be sure to attach the RMA number to the outside of the box upon return to Red Rabbitt.

What if some of the merchandise is failed or damaged?
When completing the Return Merchandise Authorization you will be required to provide a reason for your return. If the product was damaged in shipping, it must be noted on the Bill of Lading and at the time of delivery.

How long do I have to return something that is damaged or not satisfactory or that was packed incorrectly?
Product must be returned within 10 days of the invoice date.

Do you refund shipping charges when something is returned?
Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is a result of our error or omission.

How long after product is returned will the credit to post to my account?
The credit will be posted to your account within 5-10 days, depending on the method of payment.
