1.You must understand the condition of the merchandise you purchase. Red Rabbitt offers technology of varied quality and condition. Red Rabbitt uses Condition Codes to indicate the operating condition and cosmetic quality of the item. Condition comments may also be included for an item, detailing any pertinent quality and condition issues. These comments are viewable online by selecting the individual item record. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read and understand Red Rabbitt Condition Codes defined below, and to read the condition comments for each item purchased. - Condition N = New
- Condition A = Used equipment in certified working and excellent cosmetic condition; may require cleaning
- Condition B = Used equipment in certified working condition but with cosmetic blemishes or missing components that do not affect operability
- Condition P = Power-on tested used equipment that is operable but not certified for operability
- Condition U = Untested used equipment; components may be missing
2. You must inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt and notify us of problems immediately. If you receive a condition P product that is not operational, or any product that is not as described on the Red Rabbitt website, you must notify Red Rabbitt within 10 days of the invoice date by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request. You will be instructed to provide the RT Number, or Invoice Number, and a reason for each returned item. 3. Restocking Fee’s, Charge backs and Return’s: Any item requested to be returned within 30 days will not be subject to any re-stocking fees. Items requested to be returned after the 30 days from invoice is subject to a restocking fee of 15%, not to exceed $500.
Additional charge backs will be incurred if items are returned with missing or incorrect component. Product returned without original serialized components i.e. CPU’s, Laptops, Servers, Internal Hard Drives, and miscellaneous product will not be credited.
Red Rabbitt will refund the complete purchase price of defective merchandise under warranty providing the request is completed within 30 days from the invoice. Due to serialized inventory we can not replace the defective equipment with equivalent merchandise.
Returns must be returned at the purchaser’s expense. If you have not returned the equipment within 14 days from receiving the RMA number, your request will be voided. If the equipment is still within the warranty period, you can request a new RMA number to return the merchandise. The RMA Number must be listed on the outside of the shipping box coming back to Red Rabbitt.
Merchandise may not be returned without prior Red Rabbitt authorization. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please complete an RMA Request. 4. Condition U product is sold “as-is.” All sales of condition U product are final. 5. Consumable and peripheral items are not warranted. Batteries of Condition Codes N, P, or U are sold as is and are not guaranteed. Ink and toner cartridges are not guaranteed; missing cartridges should be noted in the condition comments. Mice, keyboards and other peripherals are not guaranteed. 6. You are responsible for procuring and installing a computer operating system. Unless otherwise specified, all computers are sold without an operating system (OS), and are not bootable. You must have the technical expertise to properly format the computer hard drive and install an operating system. The Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is not removed; which operating system it pertains to should be noted. 7. Shipping damage to product is the responsibility of the carrier if sent FOB Origin. Please contact the carrier directly to make a claim. If the shipment is sent prepaid FOB Destination, the Bill of Lading must be signed by the receiving party as being damaged. If the Bill of Lading is not signed as damaged shipment, it is the legal assumption that the damage was not the fault of the shipper. 8. Red Rabbitt reserves the right to refuse any order submitted through its website. |
