What is an RT? What do I need to use it for?
An RT is a serialized number used by Red Rabbitt to track a particular item in inventory. The number, which appears on each invoice and on each piece of merchandise, is required to return an item.

Do you have on-hand inventory?
Yes. We maintain real-time inventory across our U.S.-based distribution centers, which include facilities in Columbus, Ohio; Reno, Nevada; and Richmond, Virginia, with an additional location in Dallas, Texas, scheduled to open in second quarter of 2007.

What does the term “Condition Codes” mean?
Condition Codes are the means by which Red Rabbitt classifies the operating condition and cosmetic quality of merchandise. The codes are

• Condition N = New
• Condition A = Used equipment in certified working and excellent cosmetic condition; may require cleaning
• Condition B = Used equipment in certified working condition but with cosmetic blemishes or missing components that do not affect operability
• Condition P = Power-on tested used equipment that is operable but not certified for operability
• Condition U = Untested used equipment; components may be missing

Is your equipment tested?
Only equipment denoted on the website as Condition A or B is tested.

Do most of the computers you sell come with an Operating System already installed?
No, they do not. All software, including the Operating System, is removed from the hard drive before the equipment is made available for purchase. The computers you purchase are not bootable, and the purchaser must format the hard drive before loading an Operating System.

Does the system include any application software?
No. For purposes of privacy and security, all application software has been removed from systems available for purchase.

Does an AC adapter come with the equipment?
An AC adapter comes with some equipment. To see if an AC adapter is included for a particular item, check the equipment descriptions listed in the online Comments section that accompanies each piece of equipment.

Does a floppy drive come with each system shipped?
Floppy drives come with some equipment. All items included with the equipment are listed in the online Comments section that accompanies each piece of equipment.

Can I customize or upgrade systems I am interested in purchasing?
At this point in time, we wholesale product at the best price and do not include a customization or upgrade option.
