How do I open an account?
You open an account online by completing a registration form. Links to Register are located in the top navigation system. Detailed “How to Buy” instructions will be emailed to you once your registration is received and will also be available as a link from the left hand navigation menu after you log in.

Do I have to Register in order to Shop?
You can Shop or browse our inventory without registering or logging in. However, you must Register and be logged in to “check out” your shopping cart and make a purchase.

What is involved in registration? Must I provide a credit card number?
To Register you must complete an online form that asks for basic contact, billing and shipping information, and requires that you specify a desired user name and password. Credit card information is not required to register. You can optionally apply as a Volume Buyer and subscribe to Merchandise Alerts¹ within the registration process.

What is a “Volume Buyer?”
A Volume Buyer is a Reseller, Wholesaler, Broker, Distributor, Retailer or Corporation who has been approved by Red Rabbitt to purchase merchandise in quantity at wholesale pricing. Approval is based on the future potential for merchandise sales and the ability to buy in lot quantities for specific merchandise categories.

How do I become a Volume Buyer? What are the benefits in doing so?
You can apply as a Volume Buyer during the registration process. You will be required to provide a valid Business License Number, including the locality in which the license was issued. We verify the information you provide and notify you by email when the approval process is complete. If approved, you will receive discounted pricing and exclusive access to special promotions and new Red Rabbitt merchandise, including the ability to subscribe to Merchandise Alerts¹.

What are Merchandise Alerts?
You can subscribe to Merchandise Alerts¹ and automatically receive electronic notification when new inventory is received by Red Rabbitt. You can specify merchandise interests by category or type of product and can set alerts to be distributed daily or once a week.

If I register, will you send me product or promotional information?
You can within the registration process sign up to receive information about special pricing and promotions, upcoming events, product information or website updates. Or, if approved as a Volume Buyer, you can subscribe to receive Merchandise Alerts¹.
