How do I change my account information?
After you login, use the “Update My Account” menu option in the left hand navigation to change your contact, billing or shipping information.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the login page online and click on “click here if you forgot your password.” Enter and submit your name and email address, and you will receive your password via email. In the event of any further difficulty, submit an Information Request.

I have received my equipment and have technical issues. Who should I contact?
Please contact the manufacturer for technical issues or visit the manufacturer’s website for drivers, updates or general assistance. Red Rabbitt does not provide technical assistance for any product we sell.
