Red Rabbitt maintains inventory in three U.S. distribution centers: Columbus, Ohio; Reno, Nevada; and Richmond, Virginia. You may shop inventory by location or across all locations.

How do I find out more about an item I’m interested in?
Click on the model number and then on the description, which will take you to a detailed description of the item. Comments also will list additional buying information about the product.

Merchandise in my shopping cart disappeared while I continued to Shop. Why did this happen?
Inventory is reserved for a customer for 20 minutes. At the end of that time, the items are released back into inventory to allow others to browse and/or purchase them. In order to avoid losing an item, submit your order for the item(s) in your cart within the allotted 20-minute timeframe.

What is the “Export” function in the merchandise category used for?
The function enables you to export current inventory to a .CSV file and download it to your computer. You can view the file in an Excel format offline and share it with others involved in your purchasing decisions. In order to use this feature, your Internet software must be set at “low security” and allow pop-ups.

When is the inventory updated on your site?
Inventory is updated every 15 minutes and a refresh performed daily at 2:30 am.
