Red Rabbitt merchandise that is not operational, or is in any way different than as described on our website, may be returned subject to our Terms of Purchase.
All merchandise returns must be approved by Red Rabbitt and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may Request an RMA by completing an online application.
You will be required to provide the Invoice Number, Order Number or RT Number associated with any returned item as well as a reason for each return. Once your request has been approved, an RMA number and return instructions will be emailed to you.
